What is included in each session price?
Every session price covers the treatment itself, use of our relaxation lounge before and after your appointment, and complimentary refreshments. Specific inclusions like extended consultations or add-on therapies are outlined per package during booking.
Do you offer single sessions or only packages?
Both options are available. You can book a single massage or facial through our Essential option, or choose a monthly package for regular visits at a reduced per-session rate. Our team can help you decide based on your routine.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, major credit and debit cards, and mobile payment options at our Cairo location. Package payments can be settled in full or discussed with our front desk for suitable arrangements.
Can I cancel or reschedule a booked session?
Yes, sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. For monthly packages, unused sessions can typically be carried over within the same billing month, subject to our booking policy.
Are prices the same for all therapists?
Pricing is based on the treatment type and duration rather than a specific therapist. Senior therapist sessions may carry a small additional fee, which is always communicated clearly before booking.
Is there a membership discount for frequent visits?
Our Balance and Signature packages are designed for clients who visit regularly, offering a lower cost per session compared to booking individually. Ask our staff about current package terms when you inquire.
